Weather your garage floor is new concrete or an old tired stained and damaged slab we can make the necessary repairs and provide you with a floor surface that is appealing and functional. Custom Garage Solutions will prepare your concrete surface using diamond grinders with dust containment systems, prime the floor with a penetrating epoxy primer and install 2 coats of 100% solids epoxy coating in several standard colours or custom colours can be ordered. The customer can have a smooth cleanable surface or textured anti-slip surface.

If you’re looking for a more than just a straight colour we can add coloured flakes to your base colour with a random Partial Broadcast or a Full Broadcast Flake system. If you desirer a more granular look we have our Decorative Quartz blend system using blended quartz sands.

Metallic Designer floor coating is a 100% solids, 2 component epoxy. It is a clear epoxy with a pearlescent metallic pigment added. It is squeegee applied to your floor. This coating requires a primer colour coat, a metallic 100% solids epoxy basecoat to provide the effect, and a UV resistant urethane or 100% solids epoxy clearcoat.

The finished look is a smooth, glass like finish that has a unique and subtle reflective sparkle. No two floors will ever look the same. There are endless creative techniques that can be used to create a style that you can call your own.

Polished Concrete is achieved by a multi stage process utilizing a planetary headed diamond grinder with diamond tooling staring with metal grits to cut and remove the paste and then working up through resin bonded diamonds to smooth and polish the concrete surface. A densifier is applied during the process to harden the concrete. The surface is finished with a natural-look impregnating densifier/sealer and buffed with a high speed machine and a 3000 grit diamond polishing pad.
