Polished Concrete is achieved by a multi stage process utilizing a planetary headed diamond grinder with diamond tooling staring with metal grits to cut and remove the paste and then working up through resin bonded diamonds to smooth and polish the concrete surface. A densifier is applied during the process to harden the concrete. The surface is finished with a natural-look impregnating densifier/sealer and buffed with a high speed machine and a 3000 grit diamond polishing pad.
